Refund policy

I want you to love your purchase, but just in case you don't, please reach out to me at tinystockyardtrendsllc@gmail.com.

Returns must be requested. If sent prior to the return being accepted, item will be refused, and an invoice will be sent for a label to send item back. If invoice is not paid within 30 days, this item will be donated. 

Items must be returned in their original condition. Unwashed and unworn. Shipping must be postmarked within 5 business days from original delivery date with tracking number.

Returns are eligible for store credit only. Once the item is received, store credit will be issued. Shipping cost will be non- refundable. Shipping charges are the customers responsibility. Store credit must be used within 2 months of being issued or it will become void. 

Refunds will be given in certain circumstances and at the discretion of TST. Please allow up to 3 weeks for Refunds to be processed. They are processed every 3rd Friday of the month. 

NON-RETURNABLE:

Items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Once you purchase them, the sale is considered final, and you cannot return them for any reason, such as if the item doesn't fit or you change your mind. Non-returnable items include:

  • All accessories, shoes, jewelry, swimwear, undergarments, home decor, rugs, bags, and hats

  • Holiday items and discounted items

  • All made-to-order/custom items, and items sold at in-person shows

  • Items purchased using store credit or gift codes

PRE-ORDERS:

Pre-Orders are based on the retailers timeline given and are noted in the listing for how long it will take for us to receive it. Please take note of this when ordering, as custom and Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded. Orders that contain a pre-order will be shipped at the same time the pre-order items Ships unless second shipping has been paid and arranged. 

ADDRESS ERRORS:

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for supplying an updated address and covering the cost of reshipping the package.Once we contact you with the updated shipping invoice, it must be paid within 14 days (calendar days, not business days). If payment is not received within that timeframe, the items will be considered abandoned and will be donated. Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays. Thank you for your unde


When purchasing & completing an order with Tiny Stockyard Trends, Buyer agrees and understands our policy on final sale items, Custom/Pre-Orders, returns and return time frame, sales restrictions, etc.
